Melas Panoplia is arguably the most FUN exotic released in a loooooong time. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work with certain weapons and such. When you pull out a sword, a glaive, or even pick up an objective carriable object, the Foremaster perk just VANISHES, no matter what state it is in. This breaks the gameplay loop and removes some weapons that could help the builds' survivability. Before Renegades drops and you see Praxic blades on every character, PLEASE fix this wonderful, fabulous exotic. I'm SOO stoked for it, and I'd love to enjoy the survivability of the weapon with this super fun exotic armor. Help a titan out!! Regarding Melas and how it works, I'd also like to bring up the way the Forgemaster perk works currently encourages you to just WAIT for the buff to run out before picking up a Firesprite and continuing on in the mission, if you'd like to have the perk for the next fight. Why can't a firesprite just reset the buff to max timer entirely upon pick up while the timer is ticking? It's just silly to have to tell your teammates "wait wait, don't pull me, I gotta let my buff run out before I can get it again" It's SUCH a unique and FUN exotic, but it's just quirky as heck.
