He absolutely should not be spawning in the event version; getting robbed of higher score because RNG didn't favour you isn't 'competition', it's gambling. Or he should be spawning [b]every[/b] run; I'm fine with him f***ing off if you don't burn him down, because you can at least vaguely plan for that (save ammo and Ability energies, change your loadout to a burstier one, etc), all good. But for him to just be RNG as per the other version is absolutely unacceptable, same as the LL score multiplier that Bungie has at least acknowledged is BS and needs to go.
