Tier 5 Romantic Death NOT random perks
I have about 10 Tier 5s of this weapon. NONE with Repulser Brace and Destabilizing Rounds. You would think statistically you would get that with 3x3 across all 10. When they have three perks, they are mostly duplicate of others. Doesn’t quite seem random or I’m missing something…
