Kinetic exotic weapons cannot be re-aquired from collections
Going into my collections, cannot acquire, kinetic exotic weapons that I’ve already earned. Energy, exotic weapons can be acquired so can the heavy exotic weapons appears to only affect the kinetic exotic weapons.

I acquire mine no problem. What are you trying to reacquire? The ones that are shapable you have to go to the enclave on Savathuns Throne World to reacquire/shape it. Osteo Striga is one of them. I found that out yesterday.
