Why do all of the recent Titan exotics require Multi kills to use?
On top of the ability charge cooldown, we also have to get a multi-kill to use the exotic a single time, and they reset on death. It basically locks the new exotics to be used in Strikes/story and nothing else.
If I need to get 10 kills to use it's perk, it's not a good exotic at all. Why haven't I seen anyone bring this up?
like, cool.. we get a jetpack that we'll never be able to use and all.
-Warlocks get a champion stun and a free suspend in PVP just for using their class ability. No kills needed for that.
-Hunters get an overshield for just existing. No kills needed for that either.
-Titans get a fuel bar that'll require like 10 kills to use the ability once and use up our melee charge, and the progress resets on death.
Let's look at the edge of fate exotics too.
-Warlocks use their class ability and get an enhanced Ignition generating turret. No kills needed.
-Hunters can use their melee ability and duplicate Tangles. No kills needed.
-Titans need to pick up firesprites, killing any other solar build, or get solar multikills to call back their hammer for 10 seconds.
Final shape
-Blastwave striders require multikills to do the ability once.
-Hazardous propulsion requires 10 precision hits to use it once.
I can go on and on, but we have yet to get 1 Titan exotic that doesn't require some multikills to just use the exotic, in return, making them only viable to use in low end content. I would like to add that The Portal HAS NO LOW END CONTENT.
