making new character
I have had 2 hunters from long ago and want to make a titan but this game is very buggy is it safe to delete one and not worry about it effecting my main hunter.

Your hunter will be fine - deleting a character only impacts the deleted character. On the chance that you regret deleting the character, you should pull armor + weapons from collections and then put your equipped armor/weapons into the vault.
