Why don't I have access to the nine?
I have 1500 tickets for the nine. I was told it is a node in eternity but there is no node for the nine there. I have logged in and visited xur on every character to try to unlock the node with no luck. Advice? Do I need to beat a quest and if so then where do I get the quest?

Rite of the Nine was a temporary event - the area and activities were removed with the launch of Edge of Fate back in July.
