Sending people to Bungie land
I think the company should have put their devs in the game and start anything in Portal that has matchmaking and grab like 10 Randos(Random Gamers) through the course of let's say 2 weeks and send those players to test and play Renegades. Then let those gamers say how their experience was (dislikes and likes). Not only would those gamers remember that for the rest of theirs but the community as a whole would appreciate and love Bungie

You may or may not remember, like the 1st or 2nd summit, they flew out a known player from the forums. Upon their return they were absolutely lambasted here on the forums. To the point I believe* they either left the forums or changed their name completely due to the harassment. There are reasons beyond NDA to keep one's mouth shut.
