Cross Save Characters not showing?
Hello!
I just enabled cross save on Xbox, and thinking that it went successful, none of my characters from PlayStation aren’t showing up on my Xbox account as I was logging in. When I was linking my account, it never gave me the option to choose my characters (literally; did it via the companion app), and thought it would be smooth sailing without that disclaimer. I was wrong. :(
Any way to fix this? Do I need to wait awhile? Is this a sync bug? Nothing literally popped up if I needed to make the ps characters active and proceeded as so after linking. Everything in the “Cross-Save” screen seems fine and all, and nothing on my Xbox. Using the account linked as well.
Please help!

1 ReplyYou have Cross Save setup with 420-530 Power characters. If you aren't seeing them in-game then you are likely logging in to a different account then what you linked in Cross Save. Accounts cannot be unlinked after March 25th and there is no workaround to change an incorrectly linked account.
