Note that these pending requests temporarily occupy spots on your friends list, which explains why your friends list is telling you it's full. Once these requests expire or are accepted/declined, these spots on your list will either open up or be permanently occupied, depending on the outcome of the requests. Friend requests should appear in the Invites tab of the Roster screen while in-game. Alternatively, you can also access these via the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/BungieFriends]Bungie Friends section[/url] of your Account page here on Bungie.net. Please make sure to check both pending and outgoing requests!
