The information it contains will hopefully help you to resolve this issue. Should the issue persist, however, then please let us know in detail what's happening when you attempt to text chat. In addition, please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of the issue, if possible to illustrate on video. You can then upload that video to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate.
