After killing Caiatl, the screen effect to teleport me back to Eris began, but the teleport did not occur. The screen effect played in a loop while Eris' final voice over lines played, and the Mission timer counted down from 600 seconds (10 minutes). This has happened to me twice before on practice runs. Since this was a solo flawless run, I waited until the mission timer ran out and the final score screen appeared before going to orbit. The video clip shows the kill and the effect beginning to loop with no teleport occurring.
