I’m pretty after all the NDA’s are expired that there are plenty of Bungie employees who will be ready to testify of PP’s tyranny as CEO and I hope they sue him into oblivion because he deserves it.
He was the worst CEO that could have ever happened. I’m guessing that Sony pushed him out to distance themselves from what he really did.

NDAs (for the ones I have signed at EA) normally expire when said product releases. Unless it's regarding their engine or workplace situation, then I can see it lasting longer.
