I want to tell you about a problem that no one can or will help me with. I bought 72,000 pieces of silver for my epic games account. After I paid for it, the silver not appeared in the game. I contacted Epic's support team, provided them with all the receipts and transactions, and they told me that this was not their issue and that I should contact Bungie. I contacted Bungie, provided them with all the information they requested, and they told me that this was not their problem and that I should contact Epic. This is how they pass me around and don't want to solve the problem. I wrote another letter to Bungie, but I didn't receive a response. It feels like they don't care about their players. The game already has the lowest online player count in history. Bungie is ignoring a player who has been with them since the beginning of Destiny, who has donated more than \$10,000 to them. Now they are unable to provide me with the product I paid for. Bungie, have some integrity and don't destroy your reputation!
