i cant link my accounts
i tryed playing d2 on pc and i cant chose my characters from xbox cuz i need to authrize my old playstion account i do not have.i cant remove the old info as well.

1 ReplyYou will have to regain access to the Playstation account in order to activate cross-save, there is no way around it besides being able to authenticate all linked accounts. If Playstation cannot (or will not) give you access to the account then you cannot activate cross-save. As for unlinking it - as of March 25th you cannot unlink accounts but even prior to that date, you still required the login info to unlink the account. In neither situation will Bungie step in to unlink the account or forcibly activate cross-save.
