I can count on one hand the number of times I've gotten a holofoil SMG or bow, but I've gotten now 13 shotguns in a row and I still have at least 4 others before that in my vault. Holofoil drop rates are low enough as is, but to get the same one over a dozen times in a row? No. The probability of that happening when you're SUPPOSED to have roughly a 1/3 chance of getting any specific FOTL weapon and then there's the chance of it being holofoil, the chances of getting this many in a row are so low you wouldn't be wrong to write it off as impossible. With drop rates like this in any event, these really should have a reliable way to obtain them, especially when they offer no advantage over the regular ones anyway.
