With the full perks released, the warlock exotic sounds MUCH better than expected.
In addition to suspending rift and suspend damage over time, it will give:
Healing over time while enemies are suspended
Increased suspend snap damage
Healing from killing suspended targets
A pseudo devour on broodweaver is MUCH stronger the exotic originally sounded.
