When are Warlocks and Hunters gonna get something fun again?
I play all 3 characters. But noticed It's all about optimization when it comes to Warlocks and Hunters and Titans get all the fun exotics. Melas Panoplia, Hazardous Propulsion, Point Contact Cannon, just to name a few , now a JETPACK. Looking like the same formula this dlc as well.

Titan exotic looks sick. Probably wont be viable end game but it does look great. Warlock exotic will probably be a sleeper pick due to suspend synergies outside of rift suspension. Hunter exotic…. at first glance seems like yet another pvp addition 🙄. This means it will soon catch a nerf that will affect pve side of things and the exotic will go in the pile of forgotten hunter PVP(e) exotics that will finally see some uplift a year later, if we are lucky enough to still have D2 then.

Warlock and their buddies are quite fun. For Hunter in PvE, Arc with Gifted Conviction, Tempest strike and Ascension is very strong and fun. I have a couple Hunter prismatic build where I could hold an altar all by myself in Haunted Altars. They are fun but usually high maintenance unfortunately compared to the other two classes.

I’d love to have more usable supers/exotics as a Titan over fun gimmicks that are lowkey a throw-pick in the parts of the game that matter

1 ReplyI don't know, I kind of feel like the Armor 3.0 and changes to Warlock Buddies have opened up a lot of new builds this season, it's dumb, but I don't remember the last time I had so much fun playing Getaway Artist or Contraverse Hold. The stat changes made a lot of "new" builds, is what I'm getting at. I'd always love more new stuff for my Warlock, yeah, but I feel like we've gotten a lot of great "new" stuff, too. Can't speak for Hunters, just saying that Warlocks are eating pretty good.
