The new exotic in Renegades really is some crap like "Get 10 kills before reloading without dying to fly for 2 seconds, with a 30 second cooldown." How tf do you have a free layup like that and air ball so hard? why can't it just be a cool down? no kills, or any of that. Hunters and warlocks can skate across map with NO COOLDOWN in between. Why tf can I not fly for 10 feet and slap someone without needing 10 kills to do it? Like, it's cool that we get a Jetpack that we will never get the chance to use. Melas panoplia suffers from the same thing, overly complicated requirement to trigger the perk. but bungie doesn't see it's non-existent usage rate as a problem for some reason. Melas panoplia, Blastwave Striders, Hazardous Propulsion, Praxic Vestment. Every new titan exotic has some stupid paragraph of requirements to do 1 cool move.
