The Drowning Labyrinth
So I've been soft locked on Step 9 of this quest since Final Shape and nun of my other characters have the paper or the steps needed!! This has been a known issue and still not fully fixed! So what can I do to get the catalyst for my Finality's Auger????! @BungieHelp

We have received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further. In the meantime, if you've started the quest on an alternate character, you may need to complete the mission on that other character to progress on your main character.
