"shield recharges over time into an overshield"
SCREAMS busted in PvP and absolutely WORTHLESS in PvE.
Please tell me there is some kind of other benefit that the boots grant that makes them a monster in PvE. PLEASE.
Watch the next patch after renegades goes live be either them disabling the exotic game wide or nerfing them because it's absolutely infuriating to fight in PvP. Love it. Love the hunter cycle.
