You really need to start rethinking how rewards work in events
The first week of FOTL was buggy enough you extended it to 3 weeks. The second week was still buggy, so we had to wait until the extended week for hopefully all the bugs plaguing the event to be fixed.
Red Rumble having spawns so bad any other game would've implemented spawn invincibility or started banning people for what would easily be written off as griefing/ cheating via spawn manipulation. And the potential to group up should only be allowed if you're going in with 6 people to avoid 5v1s, but you obviously have more faith in players in such a game than players do themselves.
Bonus engrams and event engrams shouldn't be appearing in non-matchmade activities, but they still do, almost if not forcing LFG in a game with player counts so low it may as well be dead.
You're more likely to get exotics from raids or dungeons than you are to get holofoil weapons, which will never make sense because it's a "lower tier" by default, meaning it should drop more often. But you can cash in over a hundred engrams at Eva and not get any. Then when you do in other activities, if anyone else's luck is like mine, they'll get 8 holofoil shotguns in a row, because for some reason the drops MUST be weighted in favor of an old weapon than the new ones. And yes, I kept track. 8 holo shotguns in a row. You cannot tell me FOTL drops aren't unevenly weighted like they're supposed to be.
The reward shop offers nothing of value once players are high enough to start getting T5 loot. At the very least let us use these to buy event currency or half your event is invalidated by default.
Final week of what was clearly your most bugged event and you don't even increase rewards for it to make up for all the soft locking. Makes perfect sense.
