Support help, weapon got lost in a transfer
Had a rare tier 5 weapon transferring from characters and it’s now lost have screen shots on my app, any way to recover or SOL?

Check your vault in-game, whenever the app/3rd party apps transfer an item - it has to go through the vault first. If its definitely not there or on any other characters, then unfortunately there's nothing Bungie will do.
