All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Xbox account in question will remain linked. We recommend reaching out to Xbox support to see if you can recover the account.
