Possible stuttering fix, at least for me.
So today after updating Destiny (patch 9.1.5.2), I decided to update Windows and the Nvidia drivers. The game feels allot smoother now than before, almost close to what it was before Edge of Fate.

Hopefully this helps other people who are still encountering the lag/stuttering.
