Haunted Altar of Sorrows Softlock
I have been soft locked 3 times during this quest:
- At the very start where you can not spawn the headless one to deposit the treats
- Wave 2 at the end where you kill the ogres, all ogres were killed and the game did not progress
-final boss after half health it is impossible to break shield
PS: If you are running into these problems have your team wipe and it resets instance and fixes the bug

Every single altars I load into is soft locked. Every one.

Apparently, from what I can tell, it's the stunning emotes. They hit the shriekers and cause them to just lock up and refuse to shoot the shields on the ogres and bosses.

Same here, just left an activity where the final boss's shield couldn't be taken down during the 2nd phase and another activity where we couldn't get the ogre's shields down.
