I'm not sure how else to get support for this issue.
My key for the April/May test was Revoked during the Steam "Housekeeping" wave that was posted about in Discord on 10/08/2025.
On 10/21/2025 I received an email that I was accepted for the new Test, and to log into my Bungie Account to redeem my key. When I click the link, I am taken to a portal that says "Survey is expired".
- I do NOT have a "codes" tab under my bungie.net account
- I have a listing under "Redemption History" that reads:
"Marathon Closed Technical Test - Redeem this code in the {platform} store to claim your copy of Marathon. Oct 20th, 2025"

I DID NOT redeem a code on 10/20/2025 and I also can not see the supposedly redeemed code to try and type it into Steam myself.
I also do NOT have any access restored in my Steam Account automatically OR roles in Discord for the NDA channels.

Could this be related to the AWS server outage yesterday?
Please help.
