Hello,
Recently I decided to return to Destiny 2, but to my surprise, I discovered that my Battle.net account still shows the game as “Active,” but no physically game there.
Yet all my progress and content seem to be gone.
After doing some research, I learned that there was a transfer period in 2019 when it was possible to transfer Destiny 2 accounts from Battle.net to another platform.
Unfortunately, I never received any notification about this and completely missed that opportunity.
It’s really disappointing I stopped playing around that time because my children were born, and I didn’t have much free time.
Is there any possible way to recover my lost character, content, or the funds that were spent on that?
Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I would really appreciate any help or advice on what can be done in this situation.

As for the content - pretty much everything from that time period has became F2P or was removed but they won't issue any licenses that you didn't transfer (ie the Forsaken Pack). You can read more about the content vaulting that happened over a few years (2020+) here, but in short a solid amount of content from pre-shadowkeep was removed and has not returned, only temporarily returned and has been removed again, or was readded and will be F2P. You will need to speak to Battle.net about any refunds but you're unlikely to get one given its been ~6 years.
