I bought 36000 silver for destiny 2 on an epic game account. The transactions were successful, but I don't have any silver in my account! Please help me resolve this issue.

Did you buy the Silver first on the Epic account and then link it to the current cross-save setup? Or buy an account pre-loaded with Silver? If so, the Silver is locked to your Epic Games character set - which may or may not be blank. There is no way to transfer Silver from platform to platform, or from one character set to another, so there is no way to make the Silver balance available on your active PSN characters. Or, did you link first and then buy the Silver? If so, just to confirm, the Silver will only be available when you launch the game on Epic, but you'll be seeing your PSN characters when you do so, and anything bought with Silver (passes and cosmetics) will be available if you then launch the game on another platform. In this case, if the Silver is not showing, please use the form here -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497031-Contact-Form-Missing-Silver
