Hello! I'll try to give exact details and explain as much as possible. I was doing another run of Heliostat after running it once already for the Relentless Strikes Catalyst and finding out we could get the other two as well. I started it up, got through to the Bunker War-6 encounter, and finished it. I then went out of the right hallway, and discovered the terminal halfway up the wall on the right, and jumped off the elevator to get it. Afterward, I got back on the elevator and finished the rightmost wing for the jumping puzzle elevator. I then looked up a video for the other two terminals, went to the one at the base of the left pillar at the start of the leftmost wing of the jump puzzle by jumping down from the elevator platform. Following that, I went to get the last interact/datapad on top of the bunker and under the catwalk. I then went to the top of the bunker and jumped down to the middle to try to find the hacking Psion ring. It wasn't there from what I could see. Now, next, I believe, is a separate bug. So, following not seeing the ring, I went to orbit and restarted. After getting back to the Bunker War-6 area, I followed the steps from Esoterrick's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgOHLRDmK1U&t=183s) exactly for this part, but upon getting to the 3rd datapad/interact, it is not there at all. And I've restarted twice, and it's gone, permanently locking me out of this, I believe. That was as much detail as I can provide. I'm now going to do the 4th Catalyst puzzle to see if that functions.
