Hardware - Chill the Heavy
Bungie, PVP mains begged for years for a mode that focuses on gunplay so that we could improve without ability spam. You finally gave us hardware, but then spawn heavy ammo every 20 seconds??
How does this decision happen? It negates the whole point of a potentially good mode.
Please reduce the heavy spawn in this mode back to Control game mode rates...or eliminate it entirely.

I tried playing hardware and was really good imo. No broken abilities spam, just gun fights 👌🏻

Heavy and special. People just ran around with infinite rockets or infinite shotguns.

Why so you guys can complain about team shooting and everyone camping lanes? Holy hell… nobody wanted Hardware to improve. They wanted it cause they couldn’t improve and think abilities were the problem and not their own lack of skill…

Completely agree, game mode was as trivial as mayhem with the basically unlimited special and heavy.

I didn't mind the Heavy as much as the ACD/0 Feedback Titans who you could do nothing about if you didn't have Special... Or the occasional Banner of War Titan, because for some gods-forsaken reason Aspects were still ative in the 'guns only' mode. Oh, and Mask of the Quiet Ones; hated seeing one of them too. A 'guns only' mode is a good idea, but more needs to be done than to make it than just setting 'Abilities Enabled = False'.....

You're just upset because that precious K.D. is taking a hit. The magic number that won't get you anywhere in the real world.

I get your point but I like(d) it. Very much fun both when you acquire heavy several times and when you are obliterated multiple times. It's a fun mode. Having said that I could fathom a choice, two modes, one with heavy spam and the other one without any heavy. That way everyone could have his favourite one.

1 ReplyTry to capture the Heavy Ammo point before the opposing team. If you have a good team, they’ll understand still instead of running around solo.

Arms week but don't want to use arms you dont get to use that much? I actually enjoyed using all the weapons. Was a fun tradeoff from abilities. Besides it was only a short event
