Remove Most Power Deltas and Negative Modifiers
The recent and planned changes are starting to fix the problems with D2. The biggest problem I still see unaddressed is the power Deltas and negative modifiers. Power Deltas and negative modifiers need to be reduced/completely removed in most activities except for a small amount of endgame activities such as master raids and GM(Top Tier) nightfall. This is another reset/fix to the game back to pre EOF but need to be rolled.back even further. Again remove most deltas and reduce even end game way down.
With regards to the general game the portal needs to be removed/repurposed ASAP and I understand that isn't immediately or any time soon but again ASAP. The director basically is Destiny. You can add to it, but NEVER remove/replace it.

Slap some modifiers on it - but it shouldnt have to be at Grandmaster level or even NF level for something that we're expected to run over and over again. All in all I just think this shows that Bungie really didnt look at the consequences of the Portal. They probably thought that "well this is ok and challenging" - and it is in a vacuum - without taking into account that this is the content we have to run all the time for progress.
