I was intending to participate in the upcoming marathon closed technical test only to be barred from application due to my account not being 18. I filled out a help form in order to correct my stated dob, only for bungie support to inform me that my account IS labeled as adult and that the problem lay elsewhere. Alongside they stated that there is nothing they can do from here on to help and directed me to search for help on the forums. If anyone can tell me how to fix this issue it would be much appreciated.
