We need the fans of the game to complain/demand to Bungie MORE about including better rewards that we want (Eververse stuff) instead of hating on them for power grind, QA or cheaters all the time.
I mean, those things are important too, but they are WELL DOCUMENTED at this time.
They already hear enough about that stuff, and I honestly feel they are doing the best they can with their resources.
However, if they were to simply start giving away Eververse items (that no one is buying these days anyway) it would go a LONG way to entice players!!
Let's say, a chance at a silver only Emote for defeating a raid. Or a chance at a silver only Ship/Ornament for defeating a Dungeon/Trials/Conquest. Make it once a week per account so people can't find ways to exploit it.
Who's with me?
Stuff like that should be what we are asking for, if you want to give good constructive criticism.

I think it would be a great gesture to be able to earn any shop item in Eververse. Sadly, the Bright Dust store is minuscule and often rotates the same items, which is borderline criminal. Not only that, the Bright Engrams are not on a knockout system and very often drop an already obtained Legendary Ship, Sparrow, or Ghost Shell far too frequently. The cherry on top is that the Eververse itself is apparently limited on how many items it can hold, as items get rotated out for new ones, but not rotated nearly enough for older items making many of them extremely rare. Bungie could probably earn more players trust by fixing those issues with the microtransaction nightmare it has become over the years.

1 ReplyMy brother and I discussed this very topic recently and we came to the conclusion that Bungie should keep going with Eververse. It's there for players who can't wait to have some shiny new flash no one else does. What needs to happen, in our opinion, is for a larger pool of cosmetics to be available for Bright Dust and Engrams. We get these things in-game but for BD it's two piddly little tracks that people may or may not want and the Bright Engrams are the same repeat drops of Ghosts, ships and sparrows; very underwhelming. Meanwhile, there are ornaments and other cosmetics that've been in the store for years with no good reason to not offer them up for BD or random drops from Bright Engrams. Bungie still gets their Silver sales and other players get what they may have wanted but weren't willing to spend actual money on.
