Bungie?
I've been banned from Destiny 2 for about a year now. Will Bungie look at my ticket? There isn't even one person at this company who will look at tickets. If my ban isn't going to be unbanned, at least tell me something.

If you submitted an appeal a year ago then it's been reviewed and upheld. You aren't guaranteed a response and they tend to keep appeals open to prevent duplicate tickets.
