Take the elevator down to Zavala's office in the tower. When you walk in, look to your left, there's a bookshelf with a boombox on it, that you can turn on. It plays a Lord Shaxx mixtape that goes kinda hard.

Doesn't Zavala's mix tape work for you? As for the dance floor - That would be a fun little social activity to add back to the Tower, just like the soccer field we had at the Farm.
