Cancel the portal activity delta changes
Really bungo you plan to drop an absolutely massive NERF to our light level in the portal. A change that is going to make levelling much slower and more difficult (which is of course the intent) and have the gall to call it a buff that will make it easier.
In the words of skeletor 'does no one proof read this -blam!-'.

1 ReplyAgree with OP. Delta caps would take away my choice of difficulty. They would make every Portal activity much more difficult than they are now. Unless I'm misunderstanding, there would be no way to consistently get Tier 5 drops without at least -25 delta. Engram and Power changes would be helpful for the Power climb. Please do not add the delta caps.
