like how can you justify a player having to delete 10 of their highest light drops to infuse one piece of low-light gear? i have exotics that i need to use, i have builds waiting in the wings that i want to play with, ALL of them are classified new gear, and i can't do a damn thing with any of them because it costs so -blam!- much. 75 cores a week feels like a slap in the face.
it'd be less obviously insulting to get none tbh, at least then it can be chalked up to "oh they probably just forgot and have other, more pressing bugs to deal with," but no. you KNOW that we need them, you put them in the pass, and you clearly designed the system to be a 10:1 destroy/infuse economy - one that we lose all our time and investment in at the very next expansion. it's obscene and you -blam!- well know that it is. so explain to me, to all of us, how you justify this pathetically low amount of unstable cores.
don't worry, i'll wait.

Not to mention (but will) that you can clear the weekly track in 1-2 days. But I'm rewarded with tokens to get 1 weapon and only 2 pieces of armor? Why? And account based seems silly. Why the miserly level of rewards from the only vendor that has anything worth returning to the Tower. As every other vendor is giving 200-level only gear.
-
I'm not even sure if that's enough currency to upgrade an item from Power Level 10 to 11
-
Is this a serious issue? I have like 500k and infuse plenty. Not being sarcastic, i legit dont understand why some are so low on them
-
Yeaaa, it should be 75k imo.
-
Don't spend them all in one place =D
-
Because they are hoping we don't notice, yeah its crazy how many we need yet they they can't bump up the weely track to 7500 or even 50k or more. They are more than happy to fix any bugs that help us or make the game fun but others are just left sitting there. They have said Banshee is bugged but still haven't fixed him but fixed other things fast. It is so crazy that they can't act on anything to help the game, to fix something as minor as unstable cores. There is so many things they could do to improve the feeling within the game but they can't seem to act on anything.

With the amount of garbage that drops playing you can dismantle your post master garbage n make the cores in an hour to infuse everything. Stop complaining on the forums n play. 7 outta 10 drops are garbage rolls to make cores so stop it n get ya grind on. Instead of coming here to make a post that I’ve seen 10 others make just play the game. It is a slap and we’ve already heard this since EoF dropped and they don’t intend on changing it.

Everything in this game is insulting when it comes to rewards
-
I love how people can say common sense is insulting to them & get upvoted here lol
-
Please explain how it is?

Please explain how it is?

The weekly track was stupid low, but haven't they changed it so it counts highest account power? So we barely need to insufe things any more?
-
75 cores is akin to flipping a penny to a homeless person.
-
There was nothing wrong with the old infusion system using upgrade modules. But they got rid of it for this insanely time consuming grind just to get the little of what they have of a player base left to have to play even more to get their equipment to their light level. I don’t know why they thought implementing this new system would work out. It needs some serious balancing.
-
I had over 300k stored up, started work on making hunter builds and didn’t pay attention to the cost… I now have 65k cores….
-
I can’t think of anything that works as well as it did before EoF , absolute cluster F, the game I love is a shell of its former self

Should be rewarding about 75k with the infusion costs in this economy
-
It does even out somewhat in the end, but thats after basically scraping by until you get to a certain light level. I pretty much only played one build for so long because of the cost of infusing gear and i did not wanna risk not having any when i actually got gear upgrades. Its like two teams were working on this system and how it interacts with the portal, and they never communicated with each other, so one team goes "7k cores to infuse a gear piece? Yeah that sounds right", and the other team goes "Hey, how many cores should the portal award? like 75? Alright i GUESS that sounds ok?"

How much are you getting from dismantled new weapons and gear?
