However, I was unable to complete the redemption process. Now the game has progressed past that point, and I no longer see the redeem option anywhere in the app. Here are some details that might help you locate the issue: Game / App: Destiny Rising (tablet) What happened: There was a redeem code or emblem reward displayed, with a “Redeem” button beneath it. I tapped it, but the redemption could not be finalized (likely due to format or platform requirements). Current status: I no longer see the redeem screen or option, and the emblem is not showing up in my Destiny 2 account. My Bungie account ID / Profile name: Nyuszi31#1041 Platform for Destiny 2: PC Any error messages / observations: I would be extremely grateful if you could manually grant the emblem to my Destiny 2 profile, since I did attempt to redeem it in the Destiny Rising app. It would mean a lot—this emblem was something I really wanted.
