Cannot Collect Hawthrone Engrams
I was able to collect my engrams last week. My inventory isn't full, my engram slots are not full, and my character has room for gear. When i go to the Hawthorne , the engrams show a number, but its greyed out as shown in the attached picture. Any ideas ?

2 RepliesHey there, Thank you for reporting. We are aware of this issue and are investigating. Lowering your power level under 500 will allow you to claim the engrams.

Did you cheese any of the raid bosses with the sword glitch? Only happen to me after I did that to Kalli
