Haven't been able to play the game for the last 5 days because of tapir error codes. There haven't been any official statements through TWID or Twitter/Bluesky, only acknowledgements of this error in replies to several forum posts. It isn't even listed as a known error on "Destiny 2 Year 8 Known Issues and Vital Information" page. Judging by amount of similar posts on this forum I believe that this issue is large enough to warrant at least some kind of communication because as it is right now I have no access to the content I've paid for and have no guarantees that I'll have access to Renegades DLC that comes included with Year of Prophecy bundle that I've bought. I see this as a huge breach of my trust in this company and it's ability to deliver me product that I paid for and as such I see it as a scam.
As such I would like to request a refund of my Year of Prophecy bundle, seeing as I'm unable to play it, my access to it has been removed without any prior notice and there have been no official statements on this issue beyond standard "we're acknowledging this issue" while in actuality these standard responses didn't even make their way beyond forum posts and into Known Issues page, let alone public letters/posts on bluesky/twitter or even TWIDs.

The developers don't care, it's already a proven fact. All refunds can only be obtained through legal proceedings. I wonder if they will ban my account if I insult the developers on their forum for not working.
