Ok there is either an issue with the weekly challenge Vanguard Supply Recovery - II or the spawning of the datapads. I have done multiple runs of both Insight Terminus and Battleground: Core and the datapads are not spawning for me. They did appear to be there for at least some other fireteam members. I am not 100% certain but I think I collected these pads previously in a week where they weren't the weekly challenge, which would explain why they are not there now. The ISSUE being they haven't counted toward the challenge retro-actively so now the challenge is impossible to complete. Interestingly the pads for the other two pad pickup challenges Pinnacle Data Pad Retrieval Part II and Reclaim Missives Discovered - II did count retro actively.
