I don't think so... and it has to do with how Ghaul got his Ops... or rather from who? We are told the tech, or knowledge on how to evade our tech came from the Nine. Who were the intermediaries and what ARE their motivations. We have clues in the lore. And I think there are some moves that are always played no matter the timeline. We're going back to Mars, maybe we find out about those rouge Legions of Cabal... and everyone who had stakes?
