Level reset and portal, DLC's now can't be played.
Bought Witcher and Lightfall, then my level was wiped. Introduce the grinding portal, where if you are lucky you get 2 bits of gear. I need to be 440 to play the dlc campaign and I am 240. How am I meant to level up?

You don't need to be 440 Power to play through legacy campaigns.
