I attempted to make silver purchases at the end of July and beginning of August.
The transaction cleared on Epic, but I didn't receive my silver.
I've had a ton of back and forth with Epic and Bungie on the matter.
Each of them telling me to reach out to the other.
The final word from Epic's escalations team is the transactions have cleared on their end, and it's up to Bungie to fix.
Has anyone else experienced a similar or identical situation?
I'm literally just trying to get the 5100 silver I've tried to purchase. Nothing more.

The same thing happened to me. A total of 25,600 Silver was not credited to my account. It’s unbelievable, and Bungie is not responding. I think this is a bug and I honestly don’t know what to do. It’s very frustrating.

You need to be signed into Bungie.net when filling out the form.
