Barrow Dyad is Unobtainable

Barrow dyad is completely unobtainable, and has been since Edge of Fate launch. Coupled with this, so is all the catalysts and intrinsic's. Since the gun is pretty amazing right now, it needs to be addressed

Exotic missions aren't re-added until at least a season has passed after they initially launched.
