Can't complete "A Guardian Rises"

I have done the Vanguard Ops Strike 3 times in a row but the mission never completed. Each time we got the end loot and dialogue, but the mission never completed and kicked us out. So I can't finish this quest and continue onboarding in this game which I've been enjoying. Please help
