Unable to Equip Year of Prophecy Ultimate Edition Upgrade Ornaments on PC
Hello Bungie Support,
I am experiencing an issue with the Year of Prophecy Ultimate Edition Upgrade armor ornaments on PC. After purchasing the bundle, I unwrapped all of the included ornaments, but they cannot be equipped.
Details:
Platform: PC (Steam)
Class: [Star Wars Sets ornaments]
Armor: Full set of new Legendary armor (not legacy)
Ornaments: All unwrapped and claimed in inventory
Steps Taken:
Verified ornaments are class-specific and matched to my class.
Checked Appearance Customization → Armor Appearance for each slot.
Confirmed armor is Legendary and eligible for ornament application.
Cleared cvars.xml file to reset cosmetic/shader cache.
Restarted the game and confirmed the issue persists.
Issue:
The Year of Prophecy ornaments do not appear in the Appearance Customization menu and cannot be applied to eligible Legendary armor pieces.
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue, or advise on next steps?
