I am on PC, playing with a friend on PS5 (the fireteam leader). This was our 3rd location in the rotation and when we got to the part where we were supposed to shoot the shapes in order - to release the sentinel - the fourth sequence did not spawn. We were stuck with the ghost example shape and no way to progress.
