Please help me about my bungie account
My XBOX account was stolen thus I can not verify my linking XBOX account.My bungie ID is Gr1m.#0433 So I can not deactivate or change my crosssave service.
I was in dilemma.
I want to ask your for help me to deactivate my crosssave service or delete the linking XBOX account to ensure me can normaly use the crosssave service.Best to delete the linking XBOX account now.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Since March 25th's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url], only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Xbox account in question will remain linked. We recommend reaching out to Xbox for assistance in recovering the account.
